i took whole of a tab mon-fri amd then 2 on sat and one sunday morn!
cut my water abotu 20 hours before stage!

i did too mucha nd shouldnt have cut my water cos it flattened me out so i couldnt get a pump! i sould have driven way more carbs in last 24 hours
